Leefwood to Publish New Book Co-Written by Stanford and Dr. Scott Morris- January 2017!
Leefwoord Publishers of the Abilene Christian University Press will publish "If Your Heart Is Like My Heart' co-written by Stanford and Dr. Scott Morris, founder and Executive Director of the Church Health Center in Memphis. The CHC cares for over 70,000 under-resourced persons per year in the Memphis metro area. The book is part personal testimonies and part analysis of the state of healthcare and the Church. Release date is tentatively scheduled for pre-Christmas 2016.
Abingdon Press to Publish Next Stanford Book in Summer 2017!
Abingdon Press will publish a new title co-authored by Dr. Stanford and Anthony Thaxton, due for release in Summer 2017. The new book, which does not have an official title as yet, will look at the Biblical examples of 'those who normally get it right about when they got it wrong'. David Teel, a former managing editor for Covenant Bible Study, will be the editor for the book and Paul Franklyn serves as Publisher. The book will be a 'premier' Leadership title for Abingdon Press' Summer/Fall 2017 catalog.
